Her heart beats for vulnerable individuals of all ages and backgrounds, with a special focus on the beautiful mission of 4 Smiling Faces and the children they support in Nepal. Additionally, she has a passion for telling life stories and providing informal care support.

As a passionate pioneer, Tjitske is known for her versatility, creativity, hands-on mentality, and boundless energy. Her motto "say what you do and do what you say" is second nature to her. She is quick to adapt, proactive, independent, flexible, and deeply involved with the people she helps.

4MensKRACHT and Sustainability 4MensKRACHT has now taken a step towards sustainability by offsetting 4 tons of CO2. They did this by having 8 trees planted through Plant N Boom. This admirable effort goes beyond mere climate neutrality; it contributes to the UN's green goals and supports local farmers in Sierra Leone.
