What happens to my data?
In the climate agreement, governments, businesses, and civil society organizations made agreements to reduce CO2 emissions, with the sustainability of mobility at its core. One of these agreements is a legal standard for employers with 100 or more employees, intended to reduce CO2 emissions from work-related passenger transport by at least 1.5 Mton by 2030.
The collected data is used to verify compliance with the set conditions.

Subsequently, the data will be shared with the environmental agency and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management (IenW), who wish to use the data for research purposes. The following conditions apply to the use of your data:
- The data will be anonymized; this means that all personal information, including contact details, will be removed.
- The data will be made exclusively accessible to RVO, IenW, and several knowledge institutions such as KiM, TNO, and PBL.
- The anonymized data will be stored until at most 2023, the end of the validity period of the WPM draft decision, after which it will be deleted.
What research is conducted with this data?
The purpose of the research with the provided data is:
- Monitoring the number of participating employers, involved sectors, etc.
- Improving the form, explanation, and other communication tools.
