Tjitske Weersma, the driving force behind 4MensKRACHT, has dedicated herself to supporting charities and organizations with a social mission. Her heart beats for vulnerable individuals of all ages and backgrounds, with a special focus on the wonderful mission of 4 Smiling Faces and the children they support in Nepal. She also has a passion for telling life stories and providing informal care support.

A passionate pioneer, Tjitske is known for her versatility, creativity, hands-on mentality and boundless energy. Her credo "say what you do and do what you say" is her second nature. She is a fast switch, proactive, independent, flexible and strongly committed to the people she helps.

4HumanKRACHT and Sustainability 4HumanKRACHT has now taken a step toward sustainability by offsetting 4 tons of CO2. They did this by having 8 trees planted through Plant N Boom. This admirable effort goes beyond climate neutrality; it contributes to the UN green goals and supports local farmers in Sierra Leone.
