Everyone who contributes to Plant N Boom, from employees to volunteers, is asked to subscribe to this framework.
What If Something Goes Wrong? Despite our best efforts, situations may arise that violate our principles. In such cases, we encourage everyone to report it through our "Speak Up!" procedure. This can be done confidentially and, if desired, anonymously. We work with an independent organization to ensure that every report is taken seriously and dealt with appropriately.
Proactive Measures We follow a zero-tolerance policy against any form of misconduct, abuse, fraud or corruption. Our special e-learning modules on integrity and environmental ethics are mandatory for all employees and volunteers. This ensures that everyone is on the same page when it comes to our environmental values and standards.
Continuous Improvement We are committed to continuous improvement. We regularly review our guidelines and adjust them as needed. We are always open to feedback and suggestions on how to improve our environmental impact and strengthen our integrity.
