How are CO2 emissions calculated?

We provide an overview of your _C02 footprint on travel (car, train, plane) or by energy consumption (household, digital). This overview is estimated from your energy consumption, based on the information you give us, which we multiply by coefficients established and certified by _{CO2-emissifactors}.co.uk. Your digital environmental impact is calculated using the methodology of the GHG Protocol. In 2016, 92% of Fortune 500 companies, directly or indirectly used the GHG Protocol through a program based on the GHG Protocol.

This is not a comprehensive assessment of your consumption, but an indicator that gives you initial insight.
