Who we are

Plant N Boom raises funds for tree planting in Sierra Leone. Plant N Boom offers donors (individuals, companies and organizations) the opportunity to contribute to the sustainable development of Sierra Leone, the creation of jobs for local farmers, climate improvement, the preservation of biodiversity and the natural capture of CO₂ emissions. In addition, the foundation promotes the sustainability of people, companies and organizations inside and outside the Netherlands. 

Plant N Boom, active in the Nature and Environment sector, proudly carries the status of an Institution for General Benefit (ANBI), and is also recognized by the independent regulator, the Central Bureau on Fundraising (CBF). As an ANBI, we are more than 90% committed to public benefit. CBF recognition is known as the hallmark for charities in the Netherlands, a token of our reliability and effectiveness.

Eamonn Hanson (Founder) and Adriaan Borst (Adriaan Campaign Developer) are volunteers for the Plant N Boom Foundation in the Netherlands.
