At Plant N Boom, we are honored to announce a new, inspiring partnership with ASR Healthcare Security. This partnership symbolizes a shared commitment to the environment and a more sustainable future.
A Fresh Start
We recently signed a cooperation agreement with ASR Zorgbeveiliging, a prominent player in the world of security services and a proud participant of Business Open Amsterdam. The agreement marks their decision to play an active role in the fight against climate change. By offsetting their annual CO2 emissions of 1 ton, ASR Zorgbeveiliging has received our Silver Seal of Approval. This award is given to companies that fully offset their direct and indirect emissions.
Trees Planting as Change
The compensation mechanism is simple but effective: ASR Care Security has chosen to plant 2 trees in Sierra Leone through us. While the number of trees may seem modest, the impact on the local community and environment is significant.
ASR's Sustainable Engagement
On their website clearly emphasizes the importance of this step:
"The world is heading for a temperature rise between 1.5 and 3 degrees.... This must be done NOW to avoid irreparable damage."
