After completing the QuickScan in Step 2, the time has come to take the next step toward carbon neutrality. Establishing an agreement with Plant N Boom is not just a formality, but an important milestone in your journey to sustainability.

In this step, you enter the results of the QuickScan into the contract and have the relevant information completed by both parties. Once completed, the contract is finalized immediately, relieving your organization immediately in terms of CO2 neutrality. After preparing the contract, you create the first invoice in our CRM system and send it to your organization. Creating the invoice is explained in detail in our training document. It is important to note that Plant N Boom, as a foundation, sends VAT-free invoices. This step ends once the contract is completed and the first invoice is sent.
